The Burning Mule

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 oz Bourbon or Peated Whisky
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz pure maple syrup
  • 4 oz ginger beer
  • Large marshmallow as garnish 
Method:
  • Fill a rocks or wine glass with ice 
  • Add whisk(e)y, lemon juice, and syrup and gently stir to combine
  • Top off with ginger beer, stir to combine
  • Garnish with a toasted marshmallow

Poison Apple Spritz

Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup Sparkling Apple Cider
  • 1/3 cup Cranberry juice
  • 2 oz Fireball
  • 1 oz Grenadine
  • 2 oz Amante 1530
Method:
  • Combine cranberry juice, Fireball, Grenadine and Amante into a cocktail shaker with ice
  • Shake until cold, about 30 seconds
  • Pour into glass and top with sparkling apple cider

Bloody Mary Syringe

Ingredients:
  • 100 ml Vodka
  • 500 ml Tomato Juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Few shakes of Worcestershire Sauce
  • Few shakes of Tabasco
  • Pinch celery salt
  • Syringes 
Method:
  • Add vodka, tomato juice, and lemon juice to a large serving bowl
  • Add three shakes of worcestershire sauce
  • Add tabasco to taste
  • Add celery salt and pepper to taste
  • Mix well
  • Fill syringes with desired amount

To Kill Ya

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Blanco Tequila or Mezcal
  • 1/4 cup Pomegranate or Cranberry Juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Zest from 1 orange
  • 1 rosemary sprig
  • 1-3 dash Regan’s Orange Bitters
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Cinnamon sugar to rim glass (optional)
  • Sparkling water
Method:
  • To make the honey syrup, in a small pot, bring 1/2 cup water, the honey, and rosemary to a boil over high heat. Boil 2-3 minutes, add the orange zest, then remove from the heat. Let cool.
  • Rim cocktail glass with cinnamon sugar (optional)
  • Combine tequila or mezcal, juice, honey, orange bitters, 1-2 oz honey syrup, and a pinch of cinnamon in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well.
  • Strain into chilled cocktail glass, top with sparkling water
  • Garnish with rosemary. If desired, light on fire for a smoky effect.

NY DISTILLING COMPANY'S KINGS OF MANHATTAN

Ingredients:
Method:
  • Stir ingredients over ice until exceedingly well-chilled
  • Strain into chilled cocktail glass
  • Garnish with a brandied cherry on a cocktail pick.

KINGS COUNTY MULLED CIDER

Ingredients:
Method:
  • Pour the apple cider into a pot, add two cinnamon sticks, and spices over heat on a low simmer for at least 30 minutes
  • Pour the apple cider into mugs
  • Add a shot of bourbon to each
  • Garnish with a cinnamon stick

NIKKA WHISKY YUBARI HIGHBALL

Ingredients:
Method:
  • Incorporate all ingredients (except for soda water) into a highball glass
  • Add quality ice cubes and stir lightly
  • Fill to top with soda water
  • Garnish with two thin slices of melon

MILAM & GREEN’S BROWN DERBY

Ingredients:
Method:
  • Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake for at least 20 seconds
  • Strain into a chilled glass
  • Garnish with a lemon peel

STELLUM’S SEASON OF MISTS

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Stellum Spirits Rye
  • 1.5 oz ounces chai spiced orange cordial (recipe follows)
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • Fever Tree ginger beer
  • Candied ginger and dehydrated orange slice, for garnish
Method:
  • Combine all ingredients in a cocktail tin filled with ice
  • Shake, then strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice
  • Top with ginger beer
  • Garnish with candied ginger and dehydrated orange
  • Garnish with a lemon peel
Chai Spiced Orange Cordial Recipe
  • To make the chai spiced orange cordial, combine one cup of freshly squeezed orange juice, ½ cup sugar, ¾ tsp cinnamon, and ¼ tsp each of ground ginger, cardamom, and allspice. Stir over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved, then remove from the heat and allow to cool. Once cool, add ¾ tsp citric acid. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator
  • HARLEM STANDARD’S BOULEVARDIER

    Ingredients:
    Method:
    • Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice
    • Stir until chilled
    • Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice
    • Garnish with a lemon peel

    THE ABERFELDY GOLDEN HOT TODDY

    Ingredients:
    • 2 oz Aberfeldy 12 Year Old
    • 1/2 oz local honey syrup & hot water (boiled from the kettle)
    • 1 oz lemon juice
    • Spice mix - suggest using cinnamon, cloves, star anise, vanilla, nutmeg & ginger
    Method:
    • Add all your ingredients and Aberfeldy 12-Year-Old to a heat-proof glass or mug
    • Top with hot water (boiled from the kettle)
    • Stir well then remove the cloves.
    • Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a slice of lemon

    TOKI SOUR

    Ingredients:
    • 2 parts Suntory Toki
    • 1 part lemon juice
    • 1/2 part Elderflower syrup
    • 1 Egg white (Optional)
    • Mint Leaves
    Method:
    • Add all the ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake
    • Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a mint sprig
